October 24th is is the Freshwater Dolphins Day, it’s also the Yangtze River Finless Porpoise Protection Day.As theanimals under first-class national protection, the Yangtze finless porpoise's increasing population is of great significance in assessing the health of the Yangtze River ecosystem and promoting biodiversity conservation. Since ancient times, finlessporpoises have had a close relationship with human beings. They are the “smiling angels” in the Yangtze River, and their loveliness and agility have added a touch of distinctive vitality and vigor to these waters.
